Ed Morin wrote an article about it in the February 1960 issue of The Catholic Worker, which received lots of response, notably from Dorothy Day. Jubilee published an article by Sylvester Theisen and Placid Jordan. Sylvester, Father Hovda, and Dick Leonard all wrote formal responses to Placid Jordan's remarks.
