Met with Dr. Schoellgen, an active anti-pacifist who emphasized the importance of correctly evaluating the situation and placed a specific emphasis on the historical factors in Gordon's research. Then Dr. Schoellgen went into detail about some of the central factors that he thinks Zahn should explore. Gordon also brought up the treatment of the Jews during the war and Schoellgen denied haveing any knowledge of it. In addition, the he asserted that the Catholic Church supported Hitler purely out of fear of a communist takeover.
