Met with Professor Noach who feels that the present German administration is interested in avoiding German reunion and that their "Catholic Politics" makes them quite satisfied to leave things as they are with a heavily Protestant East Germany not partipating in election. Noach's primary interest is not Pacifism, but is rather uniting Germany.
