Correspondence. He accuses Gordon of indulging in innuendos rather than inquiring if the statements attributed to Joseph by the Journal were true. He applied the principle of the "Double Effect" to the atomic bombing of Hiroshima alone. He says that a number of outstanding theologians hold his view while others disagree, but everyone is entitled to his/her opinion.
