From the notes of Dr. Catherine Perry: Official invitation to Anna de Noailles' funeral, with original envelope postmarked 4 May 1933 and addressed to "Monsieur et Madame G. Hanotaux" of Paris. Gabriel Hanotaux (1853-1944) was a French statesman and historian.

From the notes of Dr. Catherine Perry: Postcard addressed to J. Pourfilet, containing a photograph of Anna de Noailles, seated, approximately age 30, pasted to the front. Under the photograph is a copy of a poem in a hand that is not hers, beginning, "L'arbre balance au vent sa feuille découpée." Along the sides is an inscription in Noailles' hand reading, "This portrait is not true to life!" and signed "Csse de Noailles."

The photos show not only the crowd but also personalities attending Noailles' funeral, especially the Minister of Education, Anatole de Monzie (1876-1947), who gave the homily.

Postcard with a reproduction of a portrait by Jean-Louis Forain from ca. 1905. The postcard also has a commemorative stamp and postmark, both with the same portrait image of Noailles, designed by Pierrette Lambert, engraved by Eugène Lacaque, and issued by France on November 6, 1976 to commemorate the centenary of Noailles' birth.

Postcard with a stylized image of Anna de Noailles wearing her medal from the Legion of Honor, which she received in January 1931. The image is a detail of a mural by Félix Labisse that he painted of various authors on the interior walls of the Corman bookshop in Ostende, Belgium (founded 1926). Labisse (1905-1982) was a French surrealist painter, illustrator, and designer. He created the Corman bookshop murals in 1930-1931.

Postcard with reproduction of a photograph of the author Gyp (pseudonym of Sibylle Gabrielle Riquetti de Mirabeau, comtesse de Martel). Gyp was a prolific French novelist and friends with Maurice Barrès. The postcard was found inside a copy of her book Miquette (Paris: Calmann Lévy, 1898), containing a dedication to "Madame Alphonse Daudet" (Julia Daudet, a French poet and journalist, and wife of the writer Alphonse Daudet).
