Hellot has retired and Stanislas Foäche, Hellot et Compagnie has been reincorporated as Stanislas Foäche, P. Morange et Compagnie. On the same folded sheet is a manuscript signed letter from Stanislas Foäche, P. Morange et Compagnie to Belinaye at his residence at Saint-Germain-en-Laye, France.
