Events are the 50th anniversary of the construction of the Zemo-Avchalskaia hydroelectric power station and the 100th anniversary of V. A. Chichinadze's birth. Among the typescripts are several drafts of Avtandil V. Chichinadze's speech. Photo depicts the brothers Avtandil and Aleksei together with Nika Polievktov-Nikoladze and Vladimir K. Paniev.
