She talks about Russo's loan from Schmücking, instructing him how to manipulate Schmücking into his favor. Her work situation improves. Russo continues to write to her infrequently. She asks him for money again. She also talks about her son, fear, current events in the United States, and other topics that she believes she has a deep perspective on.
