Page 63 includes a program from the 1884 Keystone Ball Club of Philadelphia that competed in the short-lived Union Association. Pages 154 and 155 contain a letter signed by National League President Abraham G. Mills discussing a monument for the grave of William Hulbert, former National League President. The inside back cover includes an printed image of Hulbert's grave, and the inside front cover includes a printed image of Abraham G. Mills on a baseball.
