Sciant presentes et futuri quod Ego Johanna relicta Galefridi de Bikerwike in pura uiduate mea concessi et omnino quietum clamaui Domino Eadmude perpetuo uicario de Gretinham totum Ius meum quod habere potui in toto tenemento cum pertinentiis quod olim spectabat Alano patri meo uel Galefrido fratri meo in uilla de Hestuno. Ita tamen quod Ego nec heredes mei uel assignati mei in predicto tenemento cum pertinenciis aliquid ius uel clameum inde poterimus uendicare. Pro hac autem concessione et quietum clamacione dedit in predictus Eadmundus duos Solidos argenti per manibus. In huius rei testimonium huic scripto sigillum meum apposui. Hiis testibus.
