Scope and Contents
Cover ornamented with rubber stamps in red ink: Mona Lisas, red stars, "ZONA" in both gothic and plain sans serif lettering, "REDPOST", box made from repeated text "RED MAIL", lightbulb design, triangular postage stamp design with "REDMAIL", postage cancelation waving lines, and sender's return address. Rubber stamp in blue ink: glasses placed over the eyes of one Mona Lisa. Address plate written on adhesive sticker in the shape of a US highway route shield with US flag colors. Sheet of artist stamps enclosed. 4x3 grid on red paper, Mona Lisa with face replaced by that of the artist(?). Paper fragment enclosed. Torn out fragment of a calendar that has been partially cut with postage stamp perforations. Rubber stamp in red ink: portrait of Russian sculptor Ernest Neizvestny. Inscription thanks Bakhchanyan for the 'Stalin Test' card he sent.
