Rubber stamp in blue ink: hybrid animal-anthropomorphic deity image, circular seal design with "SOUVENIRS EN VRAC" (memories in bulk), "ART POSTAL", and "YANGON MYANMAR 1997". 2 small card bifoliums enclosed.
