Topics covered in the subject files include the Midwest Conference of Political Scientists and the Washington tour program for Notre Dame students. This series also includes correspondence, minutes, newsletters, and printed material from four organizations. Bartholomew prepared a report on the activities of the Community Conservation Board of Chicago in 1959; served as a research associate for the Indiana Commission on State Tax and Financing Policy in 1958; contributed articles during the 1950s to the Service Letter of the Institute for Social Order (St. Louis); and prepared a report in 1961 for the Republican National Committee on the Committee's divisions.
