Correspondence: many of these letters are to and from various mother superiors and Sisters of Charity. There are numerous letters to priests and bishops. There are also letters from Cardinal Cushing and Cardinal Ritter. There are abut four letters from lay people. The letters in this book are thank yous, congratulations, requests for information,... letters relating information, letters from pupils, inquiries, friendly letters etc.
