Item
Identifier: CANO VI-3-c
Scope and Contents
Chauvin has just learned through a letter from France that his father is disabled and that his sister, a widow with a young child, is having a difficult time. Believing it his duty to come to their aid, he wonders if Leray would like to acquire for the diocese the ten acres of land adjoining the church which he bought with his own money. The land with the improvements cost him nearly $1000. P.S. He does not ask for all that he paid. VI-3-c - A.L.S. - French - 4pp. - 12mo. - {2}
