Scope and Contents
As Hilliard informed Father Joseph Marie Millet several weeks ago, he sends ten thousand francs which he loans for five years to the Diocese of New Orleans at 6% interest. This sum does not belong to him but he is responsible for it. He is the close friend of several priests of Perch é's diocese, particularly Father Celestin Frain whom he has known for more than 30 years. He also raised Father B whom Perch é has received on the recommendation of Frain. Despite all that has happened, he still loves B and he is thankful for all that Perch é has done for him. :: VI-3-a A.L.S. French 3pp. 12mo.
