Scope and Contents
They address Odin in order to begin the establishment of their church. They are confident that Odin will give them a priest if they begin the work necessary to receive him. They promise to do all they can to arrive at the end which Odin proposes. They ask that Father J.B. Preau be permitted to direct the work.
