The unexpected arrival of Father Jean Honoré Dubernard forced him to break his silence about his transfer. The result was tears and sorrow and petitions. To speak frankly, he is very sorry to leave. Baton Rouge is more important but will he be able to fill it? The jubilee finished on November 30. He had less Communions than he had hoped for; there were 270.
