Scope and Contents

Mr. LeCote? has just made the last payment on his balance; Frenaye had promised to send it to Blanc. Poor LeCote? never seems to win. His son, too cannot get steady employment; Frenaye hopes bad luck will not always follow him. Frenaye is still interested in the case of Mr. Poulhouze ; it was because of Frenaye that Poulhouze came to this country. He is at the age when he needs things for the end of his life. Frenaye would hear any news of a change in Poulhouze with pleasure. He should change his name and go to the west coast. He is well educated and speaks well in French, English and Spanish and could do much good. P.S. Cataracts? have taken away his right eye and half of his left; it is difficult to see what he has written. :: VI-2-b A.L.S. French 3pp. 16 mo.
