Scope and Contents
It will be better for Elder to return home as early as possible. Very probably he will return to Vicksburg for the 20th instead of the 13th. Elder expects to pass through Vicksburg next Monday. He has to go to New Orleans for the consecration of Bishop John Quinlan on November 27, and will come by Vicksburg and visit Brookhaven and the other places on the railroad between the 20th and 27th.
