Scope and Contents
Crenan has Blanc's letter of the 5th. Crenan would not blame Father George McMahon for not saying Sunday Mass at Crenan's house if he saw him saying Mass at his own chapel. Crenan had a letter from McMahon dated at Baton Rouge on the 7th saying he intended leaving for Texas. He enclosed a letter directing Crenan to forward it to Father Stephen Rousselon, which Crenan did. :: VI-2-a A.L.S. 1p. 8vo.
