Yesterday after low Mass, probably the last they will hear by him, Father Peter Lucas assembled the churchwardens to pass the resolutions which Landry is commissioned to send Blanc. Lucas was sick all last week and forced himself to go to the church yesterday. He wished to go to the city Thursday but they advised him to conserve his strength. Lucas asked Landry to send the resolutions. His departure will leave a long regretted vacancy. :: VI-2-a A.L.S. French 2pp. 16mo.
