Chenal, Father H J , Louisville, Kentucky, to Archbishop Anthony Blanc, New Orleans, Louisiana, 1859 January 9
Item
Identifier: CANO VI-2-a
Scope and Contents
Blanc's silence increases Chenal's miseries. He is not under any sort of suspension. If he had the money he would have gone to New Orleans long ago. Father Annet? Lafont wrote a malevolent letter concerning him. By one word Blanc can draw him back into the workers in the Vineyard. P.S. He is in extreme need, he owes four weeks rent, and his clothes are in poor condition. :: VI-2-a A.L.S. French 6pp. 12mo.
