Chalon is sending back the invoice no enclosure and Rousselon is to return the bill of lading as Bishop Portier must sign it. As soon as Rousselon receives the box he is to send back the bill of lading and all attached papers as Portier has established that the box was opened only at customs in Mobile so they think they will not have to pay any fee. :: VI-1-o A.L.S.
