Grignon has just learned that the priests in the north of the diocese have not yet received their ordos. Rousselon is to send Grignon four copies and eight copies of the Council of New Orleans. If Rousselon cannot send Mass intentions he is to give Grignon credit. He presumes most of those in the south have ordos but like Grignon do not know the decrees of the Council.
