Scope and Contents
In reply to Blanc's letter of November 28, 1857 Barnabò sends no enclosures the rescript of the faculty of dispensing in a certain number of cases from the first degree of affinity and for administering Baptism to adults in the rite for children. Regarding the absolving in a case reserved for the Holy See and from irregularity, a priest who absolved from a sin against the sixth commandment, presumes to exercise his ministry, this petition has been referred to the Pope.
