Scope and Contents

In summing up the account for November Mullon found they were $20.50 short of expenses so he deferred a statement of details until the next. He consulted Mr. Rosilius in relation to the ground rents due by persons who decline paying. Rosilius assured him that as the church had not been shut up nor services discontinued the law would compel them to pay. The whole amount due would be $4000. Mullon does not know how to act with the refractory ones. Paid to the end of 1857: Mary Kennedy, C. Kock, Joseph Lallande, William P. Sinnott, Charles Kennedy, Thomas Markey, Mr. Snowden, Michael Cuddy, J. McCarty :: VI-1-m A.L.S. 1p. 4to. 11
