Scope and Contents
Alemany fears that his letter of March 4 did not reach Blanc. Alemany thinks they are in the same position as Blanc in regard to the validity of marriages. As he has been told that Blanc has received answers from Rome in regard to them, he asks Blanc to have them copied for him. He would also like some information on the moral conduct of Father George Cooper who was in Vicksburg for months.
