For fear that Blanc did not receive Lavay's letter of the 4th or 5th in reply to the letter Blanc wrote to Father Jean Baptiste Dechambenoit, S.J. about the sale of the convent, Lavay again sends the results. Dr. Enders wants very much to buy the house but he wants to give only $6000, $2000 in cash and the rest at 1,2, and 3 years. The notes would be deposited in the bank of Baton Rouge or New Orleans.
