In the marriage for which he has just published the banns, Louis has discovered an impediment of double relationship for which he must have a dispensation from Blanc. He encloses no enclosure a family tree which he was able to draw up from information furnished by three trustworthy persons. Louis asks Blanc to send the dispensation by the bearer of this letter.
