Supplement. Considering that the work on the vaults would be finished before the report would be handed in, Keating visited the cemetery again and finding the work given up as finished, he reports the following: 1. The old roof is cemented and evidence already exists that Keating was right in saying it could not last long for there are cracks; 2. As the work is finished, it is perhaps not desirable to incur further expense yet evidence of a clumsily finished job exists. For a complete job, considerably more should be done for which new specifications would be necessary. Keating signs as civil engineer and surveyor. A.L.S. On the same paper:
