In accordance with a resolution of their Provincial Council, Father David Whelan is about to proceed to Rome to take measures to open the American College in Rome for the youth of the States, as is the desire of His Holiness. Each prelate who wishes to share in this is expected to contribute $50. Blanc is to communicate this to his suffragans and transmit any contributions to Kenrick.
