Andrieu asks for a dispensation for Baptiste Frilloux who wishes to marry Rosalie Dupui, sister of his deceased wife. Frilloux says he lives alone, far from any neighbor, that he has a small child, and that his sister-in-law, herself an orphan, could take care of it.
