Andrieu is happy to join the trustees in asking Blanc to come to lay the corner stone of the church or to send the Vicar General. In case neither Blanc nor Father Stephen Rousselon can come, Andrieu asks authorization to perform the ceremony himself. Nothing new at the seminary, all send respects. P.S.
