Scope and Contents
She asks Rousselon to make inquiries about James T. Young, formerly of Boston who wrote for the Thibodeaux Minerva in March 1852, Jona C. White was the editor. Since then they have heard nothing of him except that the left for New Orleans with the intention of going to California. He married Clifton's daughter and she has his four children in her care. She is a near relation of their lamented Archbishop Samuel Eccleston, their mothers being sisters. Young was a Catholic, educated in Montreal and spoke several languages. :: VI-1-f A.L.S. 2pp. 16mo.
