Dubord has just returned from South America. He wishes to learn something of his sister. He has just written home. He has been unfortunate most ot the time but his luck has changed. If he is needed in New Orleans he can leave here at any time. Sickness prevails on the Isthmus and business is very bad; thousands of men with families in the States, are not able to return for want of money. :: VI-1-e A.L.S. 1p. 4to.
