Blanc has here the certificate of Mrs. Mary Mitchell substantiating what O'Hara stated. Also the testimony of Hamilton Taylor . If O'Hara consented, Blanc would have the names of almost all the residents to the same effect. James P.? Nolan lives a distance from here and his testimony will have to follow in the next mail.
