Blanc asked him to write when he was leaving for Mexico but he has never had so favorable an occasion. Now that Mr. Blanchet is going through New Orleans and Alabau has accompanied him some places, Alabau takes the occasion to congratulate Blanc on his dignity of Archbishop.
