Sister has understood that the managers of the Boys' Asylum intend dividing whatever there may be made tonight at the Oratorio between their own and the free school for boys. Blanc is not to let any of the proceeds be offered to the Female Orphan Asylum . It was proposed for the boys exclusively. Mr. Layton mentioned their intention to several of their friends who are opposed to a division. Sister Mary Margaret, S.C. is strongly opposed to it. :: V-5-n A.L.S. 2pp. 4to.
