Lee received a letter from a Mr. Howard stating on the authority of Mr. Erwin that Daniel Crowley formerly of this parish, died on May 9 leaving a property of over $4000 and a gold watch. The mother and sister of Crowley are Lee's parishioners. He asks Blanc to enquire of the truth of the statement. Crowley was a plasterer by trade. :: V-5-j A.L.S. 2pp. 4to.
