Scope and Contents
All loyal Republicans rejoice that success has finally crowed the efforts of the party workers. The most gratifying result of this year's election is the fact that the electoral vote of Missouri will be counted for President Theodore Roosevelt and the further fact that they have elected nine Republican congressmen. During the past twenty years Kerens has worked incessently for Republican success in Missouri. He now feels justified in announcing himself a candidate for the office of United States Senator. :: XI-2-g L.S.(Typed Copy) 2pp.
