Scope and Contents

She is ready to forgive Edwards seeing that he has not quite forgotten her. It is too bad Edwards' has to suffer so much from the grip. She takes after her father in having perfect health. But her brother Pio is a constant sufferer as Bologna is quite a cold place. Constantino is contemplating going to America as he failed in business. It would be best if he could get a position in some school to teach drawing or Italian. He paints but cannot be called an artist. Mrs. Milbury left her $500 when she died. She will keep it for an emergency. She asks if the painting of Columbus ever got to Notre Dame. Father John A. Zahm C.S.C. said he might help to find a purchaser for it. :: XI-2-f A.L.S. 4pp.
