Bernard, C.S.C., Sister M., Austin, Texas to James F. Edwards, Notre Dame, Indiana, 1899 October 29

 Item — Box: CEDW 9, Folder: 15
Identifier: CEDW XI-2-b

Scope and Contents

Longer silence than she wished for has been theirs. She made up her mind that she must write to the good professor. The weather there would roast one alive but it is beginning to get cool now. She gets so lonesome for Notre Dame and would like to hear from Mother Ascension. She would like to hear all about her nephew in the Minim department. Some time ago Edwards gave her a relic of the saint that was under the altar in the church. She asks the name of the saint. :: XI-2-b A.L.S. 4pp.
