He was glad to hear from Edwards and to know that his dear friends Mgr. Robert Seton and Dr. Richard Clarke are well. From the moment he first met Seton he formed an affection for him. Seton is an honor to the priesthood. He would be delighted to see him at Notre Dame for the Eucharistic Congress. There will be about 14 bishops and 300 priests there. He has a high regard for the good Dr. Clarke has done for the Church. Father Joseph Kirsch goes to Cincinnati. Father Condon is visiting his mother in Canada. :: XI-1-o A.L.S. 1p.
