Scope and Contents

Rev. J. A. Maxwell of Attica referred to Hoynes as one who might give his some information. A farmer living across the river in Warren Country found a silver cross; he intends to make an excavation to see if there is a grave there. Ray thinks that it is possible that some of the early Jesuit Fathers had been buried there add asks if there is any record of it in the archives at Notre Dame. :: XI-1-o A.L.S. 2pp.
