After viewing the relics of her uncle Professor Joseph A. Lyons, she concluded to ask Edwards for her uncle's silver water service. She would take good care of it and have it always remain in the family. In after years strangers may not appreciate it as Edwards does and may not think it a fitting piece for the library.
