Mahon, P. J., Chicago, Illinois to James F. Edwards, Notre Dame, Indiana, 1892 September 20

 Item — Box: CEDW 5, Folder: 23
Identifier: CEDW XI-1-j

Scope and Contents

He is no longer with Hyland & Co. The book was promised on the market by this date but printers are not always on time. He almust dreads to think how the work will stand before Edwards' keen criticism. He hopes the chapter on Notre Dame will meet his approval. If Edwards has any influence with anybody who can use a hireling scribe, Mahon begs him to bear him in mind. Chicago seems a worse change on account of the World's Fair. :: XI-1-j A.L.S. 3pp.
