Morris regrets the delay of his paper on "The Independence of the Holy See" which he has now submitted to Cardinal (Gibbons) for approval, and which should be on its way to Onahan shortly. Morris cannot attend the (Columbian Catholic) Congress, and therefore asks that some one read his paper.
