Absence and sickness have delayed reply. Onahan is asked to appoint delegates for the diocese of Nesqually to the Columbian Catholic Congress with the exception of Dr. David Wall and his son Joseph, who shall be able to make the trip. Father P. Hylebos will come from Washington D. C. to represent Junger, and to him, Onahan is asked to give the enclosed letter. Also, Father Frencken, of his diocese, shall attend.
