Lathrop came to the Catholic Summer School, and has been so busy that he could not answer sooner. He is sorry that his letters seemed a reproachment. It is doubtful whether Mrs. Lathrop can do her paper, since she has just settled into a new home. His paper would not be finished until a few days before the (Columbian Catholic) Congress. Where and to whom should he send it?
